• Ensures all stores, buildings and factory are adequately secured and safe.• Security personal management.• Ensure implementation of company SOPs.• Assist management in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining Security and Safety processes.• Physical, electronic and integrated security management. • Maintenance and Operation of fire fighting equipment.• Maintenance of administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.• Maintenance of cordial employee’s relations by looking into their welfare.• Liaison with local police and different service providers. • Prepare monthly shrinkage report.• Control movement of all company and haired vehicles.
