Getting awareness of all site work according to the contract specifications, IFC Drawings, ITP, and project quality procedure.10. Ensuring the implementation of specification and project quality procedure.11. All Inspections and Testing are carried out on site during the work execution according to the IS code, Method statement and procedure for different activities including field test for concrete, brick, cement, sand, block & concrete compressive strength.12. Strict compliance of quality assurance/ Quality control regulation for all materials and workmanship according to to the IS code, Method statement and procedure. 13. To insure that the inspection of the work is approved and civil work can be proceed.14. To insure that work is properly verified and documented. 15. Visiting once a week to the RMC plant to verify the quality of material being used to the concrete & checking the Batching plant calibration & approved mix design.16. Format in (QA/QC) lab on site.17. Randomly visiting the third party laboratory to witness the test.18. Good relationship with construction team and client as well.
