As a business owner, you know your company better than anyone. It’s your biggest strength, but did you know it’s also your greatest weakness?Get a fresh perspective about what needs to change in your company and gain a sense of security about the future success of your business.I can’t do my job without meeting the people that help you do yours. That’s why one of the first things I do when getting to know your company is to visit your premises. Discovering operational issues quickly and creating realistic short-term action plans is crucial to saving a business. For IMIG, that’s the easy part. The challenge can be getting you to buy into our vision, which can often feel radical when you’re used to a different way of working.I bring that vision to life by coaching you through the benefits to your company. Call +44 (0) 7498 588467 to find out how myself and the team at IMIG can help you. Adapting to changeMy working life started in the State of Qatar, at a construction company with my father. I reached a point where I didn’t enjoy my work so decided to take a leap and move to the UK, embarking on a career in civil engineering.Adapting to change has been a big part of my life. It hasn’t always been easy and I’m proud to have taken the path I have, which led me to training as a Lean Consultant. Why am I telling you this?Navigating companies and individuals through change is what I do. It’s not an easy process but the difference it makes to people’s lives is truly inspiring. In a nutshell, Lean Consultancy is a principle where you go into organisations and help them adapt by reducing costs and increasing profits.I always start the process by getting to know you and your company, visiting your factory floor and even completing tasks with your team members to really put myself in their shoes.People begin to open up and share frustrations and operational roadblocks they are experiencing. From there, I work with your leadership team to start creating positive change together. If reading this has inspired you in any way, give me a call on +44 (0) 7498 588467.
