* Inspection of entire concrete operation starting from site preparation, rebar assembly, formwork, through to pouring of concrete following the ITP, approved shop drawings and approved Method Statement.* Setting up and supervising on site concrete sampling station for concrete pours.* Ensuring concrete supplied complies with mix design and meets project specification and requirement for the pour. Manage the sample procurement and storage and following up on laboratory testing and monitoring results for slump testing, product temperature.* Monitor and inspect the concrete curing phase ensuring correct methodology is followed.* Advise on any concrete repair work required and ensure it is carried out using approved materials and as per the approved method statement. * Inspection of all Finishing activities done at site * Inspect the works on site according to the planned procedures and Specs.* Preparation ITP's for work activities. * Review and approve the method of statements,* Reporting on the performance of the quality system to the management for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system and expediently resolve any non-conformances associated with the effective implementation of this policy and the approved Project Quality Management System. * Co-ordinate Electro-Mechanical works with civil and arch works. * To ensure & control that works are carried out as per approved shop drawings. * Follow up the updates for done works. * Produce and follow up the snagging list (punch list ) before final handing over.
