Thereafter monitor progress against the program and advise the Quantity Surveyor on any variations delays Ensure that all instructions or details of work made available by the client are incorporated into the project program and made available to Construction personnelAgree with the client, the resources needed both on site and at Office for estimating and comply instructions in the setting up of a system to provide for the estimating requiredAgree with the client on the need of Technical services during the course of construction and to Control any technical services provided on site.Requisitions for Materials and Equipment Analyze the Non-Productive Time & Time overrunParticipate as required in dealing with the client or its representatives and keep the client informed of progress on the project of difficulties encountered or anticipated.Responsible for completion of all work necessary to honor contractual obligations or other undertakings to the client in respect of final handover.
