Full responsibility for reviewing documentations filled out by customers.Responsible for processing of Mortgage loans and OD customers payments.Responsible for OD booking.Responsible for Mortgage booking.Storage and filling of all loans documents as well as collateral checks.Handle all proofs properly and close them with respective control unitsParticipate in the testing of the new projects. Ensure timely submission/generation of the Unit’s MISParticipate in the new hires training.Adherence to CIB policies / procedures. (Compliance / Local Country laws, etc…)Ensure daily printing of manager checks. Timely response to all inquiries and complaints received from branches and other respective departments.Act as a backup to Auto & PIl processors.Perform any additional task as assigned

• Implement all cash transactions processed over the counter according to the bank S.O.P• Receive and execute instructions following the procedures and regulations set• File and carefully maintain bank data, documents & forms in an efficient and timely manner and according to the bank's S.O.Ps and manuals.• Prepare required reports on due time• Perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned by direct superiors• Maintain relevant office supplies for effectiveness of personal duties.• Attract new customers to increase CIB customer base• Input customers' transactions into bank's system in order to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.• Count cash received from customers and shipments from/to branches, banks and CBE.• Sell and purchase traveler checks• Update board rates• Ensure ATM replenishment.
