Job Responsibilities:• Participating as an important member of a cross-functional team in Organizational Units to deliver a new product, service, ortechnology to market.• Responsible for Local & foreign procurement• Evaluating current approaches and proposing improvements. Partnering with multi-functional organizations to improveefficiency and effectiveness at reaching customers and consumers with the products• Working with internal customers and with the management of supplier companies to resolve financial or supply or qualityissues that affect the business plans.• Identify and interpret new and emerging customer requirements or market trends that will affect future sourcing strategiesDrive cost savings projects to support our annual profit targets and encourage supplier resourcing of upcoming initiatives andprojects.• Create and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexitiesand challenges within industry• Create a full procurement cycle – end to end procurement.• Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry• Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers• Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory, and supply of materials• Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency• Prepare procurement reports and presentations.• Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations• Responsible for new projects (establishing new factory for Sand building -blocks, new foam factory, Farm, educational units &external sale channels in Africa).• External Audits & ISO prequalification (procedures, work instructions, Forms... etc.)

Manage contracts negotiations with Strategic vendors ensuring consistency with corporate objectives covering contracts requirements, price, quantities, and lead time details. • Manage the purchasing for raw material and ensure they are contracted at the earliest in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices. To ensure the availability of right materials at right time at right place with the goal of reducing total manufactured cables costs. • Direct a team of professional employees. • Improvement of communication flow and relationship between the team and internal Parties and Keep continuously updated on trends in supply chain management, developments of key suppliers and their markets. • Prepare reports and cost benefit analysis for management review and approval. Carried out in a timely and effective manner through proper resources. • Organize controlled inventory, maximizing quantity comparisons with on-hand quantities. • Monitor vendor performance levels and coordinate improvements as required by correcting poor supplier performance according to the supplier evaluation and conduct problem solving, including investigation of root cause analysis, and making recommendations for implementation of corrective action. • Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, trace shipments, and follow up undelivered goods. • Be the focal point with finance in ensuring accurate execution of purchasing budget, and any long purchase plan, ensure all requirements are met to ensure smooth flow of material. Follow up on paperwork with management after the settlement of relevant budget. • Communicate with Planning, Technical, Operations, Commercial and Finance departments in all aspects of technical and commercial procurement, Solve Problems, and disputes. • Supervise activities related to the procurement process to be carried out in a timely and effective manner through proper resources. • Manage all aspects of the day

Maintains records on purchase price information on both open market and contract purchases and revises these as conditions changes; obtains quotations on open market purchases. • Responsible for just in time planning, material requirements planning, capacity planning, and production activity control. • Maintaining and reporting on Key Performance Indicators on Planning adherence, WIP monitoring, Work Center Utilization, planning backlog, master data accuracy (planning related), customer backorder and lead time and schedule attainment • Performing and reporting on Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Master Production Scheduling on Production Planning and Scheduling • Ensuring close collaboration with Supply Chain related departments to prioritize and communicate on supply planning manufacturing issues (demand vs supply planning gaps, backorder issues, unplanned events like demand reductions/increases) • Monitoring and optimizing of planning related master data elements like planning time fences, Bill of Material, and manufacturing routes • Partner with EMEA Supply Planning Manager to improve the rough-cut capacity planning and MPS processes • Prepare production planning reports "Adherence, Utilization, Capacity " for the production holes.
