I was working as manager in PPE ,the same job as in ACL company but with an enhanced role.I was overlooking development of parts (sheet metal + plastic) in ACL ,here in my new job we added in house injection molding machine workshop with 03injection molding machines.Also we had in house tool room ie mold making shop to make plastic injection molds for plastic parts used in tractor and motorcycles speedometers.The injection molding shop has follow Machinery.1-Injection molding machine 180ton Nissie Japan.2-Injection molding machine Nigata 120ton 3-Injection molding machine 80ton Kawaguchi Japan.The shop also has 02sets of vertical Injection molding machines semi auto manually operated.The plastic mold making shop have following equipment 1-Milling machine2-Shaper machine3-Surface grinding machine4- EDM electrical discharge machine 5-Lathe machines 02sets 6-Drilling machine 4head station7-Welding plantWe were able to quite a bit of plastic injection molds for two wheelers and tractor millat ,Algazi tractor instrument clusters.

I was working as development manager for the development of plastic part locally used in speedometers for tractors and motorcycles.The plastic parts development involved the coordination of with vendor for development of molds and tooling for the parts.After that you need to do the pricing negotiation with vendors to do injection molding of plastic parts.The injection molding machines are used to make these plastic parts for which you need to have requisite knowledge to access the conversion cost to have better handle in price negotiation with vendors.I had successfully development many parts like outer housings,inner casings, nests and dials for speedometers.
