 Supervised Training Need Assessment (TNA) to ensure 60% placement and up-scaling opportunity in emerging technologies and drive a 40% surge in female engineer involvement within the project's scope through three nationwide surveys and five focused group discussions.  Spearheaded the integration of experience-based learning into the emerging technology domain, blended curriculum, and innovative teaching methods, accelerating project completion by 13% and slashing costs by 18%. Formulated Training Management Plans along with Terms of Reference (ToRs) for five specialized training programs and evaluated 37 training provider firms that resulted into recruitment of the 4 of them in 4 specializations.  Orchestrated 14 seminars and workshops, stimulating a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, continuous learning, and skill enhancement.

 Designed pre-seed incubation module and directed the management team of 6 executive in implementing the module in 6 incubation centres affiliated with BHTPA, resulting in a 17% market entry rate. Orchestrated the planning, execution, and oversight of a comprehensive selection program, optimising the allocation of co-working spaces for 150 startups within BHTPA's Hi-Tech Parks, resulting in a 30% cost reduction. Obtained seed funding and grants for seven startups within a year of their incubation. Successfully launched the "India-Bangladesh Startup Exchange Program" while representing BHTPA.

 Conducted a comprehensive Training Needs Assessment for the 192 investor firms in Hi-Tech Parks under BHTPA, identifying skill needs, critical skill gaps and training requirements, securing 80% of the investor firm’s recommended trainee participation.  Implemented a comprehensive online training program amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring the successful completion of 1660 trainees across 28 courses through 16 training providing firms within the project's scheduled timeframe. Assessed the specific training laboratory needs of 2 different universities and oversaw the activities of 13 specialized training labs across 10 universities as part of the project, resulting in a notable 38% improvement in student performance.
