Khalid also supported an international expansion which required him to navigate challenges with international laws and regulations.Khalid quickly understood the business and client needs to lead on a workstream. Khalid analysed the existing process, documented pain points and identified opportunities and areas of risk. Khalid suggested improvements to make the process more efficient – and supported the team to prioritise and implement them.Key deliverables include:· BMPN business process maps (UML notation)· RACI matrix· Prioritized backlog of work· Khalid supported the development of team members by creating templates and guides for best practice for process mapping documentation.
