Prepare customer’s position of Kaloti International company Limited Hong Kong, Singapore and report to CEO, CFO and MD on daily basis.Prepare monthly reports including Sales, Purchases, Stock and expenses.Prepare reconciliation of branch and parent company of different commodities.Ensuring appropriate level of communication, interaction and collaboration between the parent company and branches.Inspection of fixing position register and fixing position with customers of branches.Inspection of Stock register and communication with branch on daily basis.Inspection of documents including import stock metals from customers and shipments to customers.Inspection of all reports related to receiving, storing, melting of precious metals of involved departments including (Logistics report, Vault report, Lab report, factory report and compliance reports.Inspection of documents related to sales and purchase of precious metals. Inspection of internal documents for transfer of physical gold and its fixing with financial Institutions.Other duties performed as assigned by management.
