- Delivered and managed end-to-end value-added-service projects for the Emirates Integrated Telecommunication Company-du, Dubai.- Designed architecture solutions of several VAS services, comissioned and integrated platforms to the existing network elements (instant messaging & presense service, terminal management, location based service, Push-to-talk over Cellular, IP multimedia Subsystem)

Deployed, operated and maintained different radio and core-based GSM Networks in different projects in the Middle East and Africa with the support team in the US-Maryland & Florida- Managed the installation, commissioning and integration of several core-based network elements: MSC, HLR, VLR, AUC & MGW- Led the Space-Tel account in the Republic of Burundi for “Spacetel-Burundi” (Econet Wireless-Burundi) currently- Managed the deployment of a turnkey project/ GSM network in Guinea-Bissau for Guine’ Tel- Managed deployment team in a GSM network for (AWCC operator- Afghanistan) Afghani Wireless Communication Company- Launched a GSM network turnkey project for two Somali operators Somafone and Nation-link, deployed in Somalia-Mogadishu
