Study and understand the received Scope of Work from client.• Attend the Job Ex-meeting and do the site visit to verify the quantum of scope.• Review of Bid Documents, Specifications and Drawings, perform quantity take off/ detailed BOM.• Provide technical support to suppliers and price negotiation on the received quotation.• Prepare the estimation as per confirmed scope of work.• Take up all the responsibilities of project in charge.• Scheduling, Resource loading and close monitoring• Resources such as Manpower and Equipment’s finalization within the budget.• Detailed site visit and freeze the base scope of work before Turn Around and confirm the scope verification with client for additional scope during execution• Prepare organization chart, Histogram chart, Work method statement.

Prepare of the execution schedules of the Turnaround / Shutdown using Primavera P6.Conducting field scoping to clarify scope as required.Preparing the complete job package.Preparing work method of statement WMS or procedure as required.Identifying and tracking the critical path and critical activities to achieve scheduled.Visiting sites when necessary of special requirements.Prepares detailed the job steps, Plan resource requirement, estimate duration, cost, detailed execution schedule with crew size & monitor completion of work carried out & forecast the activities during shutdowns.Submission of daily progress report DPR along with S-curve.Participate all meeting ie schedule review meeting , progress meeting, coordination meeting and so on.

Preparation & Arranging of all Documents and maintaining as per Standards. • Project scope understanding, detail drawing readings. • Supervise and inspect the site (Pre-shutdown, Shutdown & Post Shutdown) Dismantled, modification, monitoring, controlling, and commissioning of mechanical systems. • Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects. • Develop Level-1 and level-4 schedule based on project scope, requirements and available resources using primavera P6. • Develop and maintain resource-loaded P6 projects schedule. • Incorporate baseline changes into P6 schedule. • Load resources in all tasks / activities, re-align activities based on resource availability and project constraints. • Managing the successful delivery of projects objectives through engagement and interaction with projects team members • Generate Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports using Primavera P6 and MS Office • Attending weekly and monthly progress meetings with Client and Internal management. • Coordinating with Site team and Higher Management for Site work. • Responsible for any change in Schedule and solve according to the site status. • Follow up for Site materials as per requirement. • Monitoring Site team and managing all resources to get better results. • Monitoring and Tracking all Progress report area wise. • Monitoring invoicing of additional jobs/sub-contractors for fit outs, Mechanical works. • Prepare daily/weekly targets, Follow up critical/delayed activities.
