I have a strong academic and research background in the field of bioinformatics and has been associated with Baqai Institute of Information Technology, Baqai Medical University since 2010 and gradually promoted from Senior Lecturer to Assistant Professor. During this period, I remained engaged in research projects related to structural bioinformatics and drug target identification, studying mutational effect, working with NGS data. I have also worked as a Senior Research Assistant at the National Center for Proteomics and as a Junior Research Officer on a PTCL-funded project at ICCBS, University of Karachi.Additionally, I have served as a visiting faculty member for MS microbiology students at Jinnah University for Women and has supervised seven MS thesis. During my professional journey, I have a history of conducting lectures, workshops, and short courses, as well as organizing NCEAC and CIEC visits. I have also contributed in updating Bioinformatics curriculum according to NCEAC and HEC, admission campaigns, and student counseling.I have published 13 National and International papers.
