Developing and implementing the hotel's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share, Managing a team of sales professionals and providing training, coaching, and guidance to ensure they meet or exceed their targets, Identifying and developing new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients, including travel agents, event planners, and corporate clients, Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals, Conducting market research to understand the competition and identify opportunities for growth, Creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, Negotiating contracts and rates with clients to maximize profitability and minimize risk, Ensuring the hotel's sales database is accurate and up-to-date, and providing regular reports to management on sales performance, Collaborating with other departments, including operations, marketing, and revenue management, to ensure the hotel delivers a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
