Here i was responsible to fulfill all open mandates of our clients. Here i got exposure to work on IT profiles more than before. As senior recruiter, here i also had to train the team of recruiters.

Here i was joined as RC Trainee by the year of June 2015. I was responsible to fulfill both IT & Non IT recruitment of our client across all over india. I have good experience of Sourcing plus HR system-RAMP. I have also experience to HR/admin support. Here i was responsible to solve queries of employees e.g. Joining/exit formalities, On-boarding, Induction's of new joiners, Generating/Issuing offer letter, relieving letter, pay slips etc. I also have experience of Time office management of our off-roll employees, maintained attendance & their database in RAMP.
