CurrentThe Clinical Operations Manager is a vital position in the organization that primarily focus on the medical aspects of administration and clinical strategies to increase efficiency of clinical functions. Reporting directly to the CEO & CMO, the Clinical Operations Manager holds a significant responsibility in assisting the CMO in the development, planning, organizing, directing, implementing, and evaluating medical activities in accordance with accepted practice and hospital policies and procedures. The Clinical Operations Manager is considered to be the primary link between different functions in the hospital (Clinical Departments, Clinical Committees, Quality Unit, IT, RCM/Insurance & Finance) to ensure that the clinical operations of the hospital are running towards achieving the organizations strategic vision, and to generate revenue and minimize losses. The focus is on Clinical strategies that yield a competitive lean clinical service that result in better patient experience and outcome with a focus on optimizing the revenue cycles and reimbursement to yield financial growth.
