Established and managed Solution Design Center Middle East as a centralized system design and engineering cell.Direct responsibility of:• Providing Innovative, Reliable and Compliant solutions to sales and operations teams.• Working directly with large clients to build up requirements profile and develop high level solution design • Providing leadership to highly focused and performance oriented teams comprising of 20+ highly trained professional engineers• Managed throughput of 1000+ systems design per month worth $100M in value. Managed the Supply Chain and Procurement functional organization in the region. Delivered productivity and working capital targets and managed delivery efficiency of a yearly spend of $50M.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Delivered significant savings per year for two years and exceeded plan numbers• Significantly drove down working capital through inventory reduction and supplier payment terms • Established Vendor Selection and Evaluation processes• Closed down warehouse and subcontracted work to a 3rd party logistics organization
