Responsible to develop various character-building programs for college students in Bandung. I conducted a historical character-building program named LMD (established in 1970) that created several leading figures in Indonesia.

This team was made to criticize and give advice to recent government employee and synchronize it with The Elected Governor's promises and programs. I was responsible to help the expert team in selecting quick wins 2018, intermediate programs for 2019, and long-term programs for 5 years length of service. Worked together with 10 professors, 133 doctors in a total of 565 people, we compiled ours 7 weeks of discussions and institutional visits to become a proposal book named EPILOG of Jawa Barat Juara Lahir Batin 2018-2023.
