The Branch Team Leader is responsible for managing the team and delivering high quality member service. This must be done while focusing on complex issues and using their knowledge of our multiple products and services to support the branch as whole. Team Leads must also be present and ready to address member escalations and a variety of other issues when they occur.

- Establish customized fitness plans for clientele- Assist them in executing our fitness plan in order to reach their desired health goals.

• Promote health club through membership sales, and record member information.• Evaluate individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and develop suitable training programs to meet any special requirements.• Plan physical education programs to promote development of participants' physical attributes and social skills.• Provide clients with information and resources regarding nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.• Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as needed.• Plan routines, and choose different movements for each set of muscles, depending on clients' capabilities and limitations.• Instruct clients in maintaining exertion levels to maximize benefits from exercise routines.
