CurrentSummaryDuring my tenure as a project manager, I have been providing a leadership role in the work environment as the Seder company representative to the KSUMC in managing and coordinating all operational activity for maintenance, repair, and calibration of more than 27,000 pieces of medical equipment under three different University Hospitals with a total capacity of 2172 beds as identified in the 5 years contract valued at 109 Million SAR from 2016 to 2021 and in the 3 years contract… Show more SummaryDuring my tenure as a project manager, I have been providing a leadership role in the work environment as the Seder company representative to the KSUMC in managing and coordinating all operational activity for maintenance, repair, and calibration of more than 27,000 pieces of medical equipment under three different University Hospitals with a total capacity of 2172 beds as identified in the 5 years contract valued at 109 Million SAR from 2016 to 2021 and in the 3 years contract valued at 70 Million SAR from 2021 to 2024 and controlling the cost of services while striving to improve the delivery of services by managing of 91 employees from 9 different nationalities which include Engineers, Technicians, Data Operators, Accountants, and Procurement/Purchase team, etc.Responsibilities1) Understand contract entitlements and adhere to specified requirements.2) Provides a communication channel between KSUMC executives and the Seder Company.3) Responsible for identification and resolution of customer issues, providing the KSUMC executives with timely communication, and involving appropriate resources to address the issue.4) Perform all administrative duties in a complete manner within prescribed company policies/guidelines.5) Responsible for prompt and accurate submission of service activity reporting, accounts payable, billing transmittals, monthly service activity report, and review, and other administrative requirements as may be required by the company central office or KSUMC senior management.6) Coach and mentor Engineers/technicians and/or site managers, and team leads by providing feedback on performance to deliver continuous service excellence.7) Conduct annual engineers/technicians’ performance evaluations.8) Manage company assets effectively, including labor time, parts, tools, test equipment, customer purchase orders, company vehicle, laptops, cell phones, business expenditures, etc. Show less
