1-Inspection of the products (according to the quality and food safety).2- Conduct training for Breadfast team for food safety and our food safety policy..3- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports for the quality manager for the result of the monitoring for the inspection and GMPs and GHPs in the place. 4- Daily monitoring for the delivered products, chillers, and freezers of the FPs5- Create checklist comply with ISO standard to monitoring FPs.6- Evaluate suppliers based on the quality of the products, and the % of acceptance and rejections the products.7- Inspect the frozen and chilled products in the chillers and freezers (Breadfast products).8- Monitoring and follow up all the products for the legal data (products have complete data and the label match with local regulation or not) in the FPs.9- Inspect the transportation trucks for chilled and frozen products (to make sure from the safety of the products upon receiving) to reduce the FP complaints from these products.10- Supervising & following up the FP Qcs.11- Providing training for the FP staff (GMP, HACCP & personal hygiene).12- Supervising and following up the pest control and cleaning chemical.13- Product traceability & recall.14- Handling customer complaints, investigations from FPs & following up on corrective and preventive actions.

1. Internal food Safety &QA auditor on TSEBO locations ensuring quality system implementation.2. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety at all TSEBO Egypt locations through frequent food safety training and audits matching with international requirements.3. Responsible for the documentation system and implementation of ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 45001:2018 at the accredited sites of TSEBO Egypt,4. Responsible for reporting the monthly FSQ & HSE incident reports, statistics, and KPI’s5. Carrying food safety and Health & Safety audits to TSEBO kitchens to assert system in place.6. Recording and reporting all critical control points (CCP’s) and major findings if it is related to OPS or Clients.7. Ensuring that all kitchen employees are food safety and HSE trained and are implementing our SOPs and standard in different company locations.8. HACCP & Food Safety trainer for the TSEBO group food handlers.9. Ensuring that all safe working methods are adopted by all the staff.10. Provide risk solutions and advise the location manager in how to avoid the risk and food contamination at their location.11. Evaluating and auditing the approved suppliers of the company.12. Receiving and inspecting all kind of food materials, chemicals, and packaging materials before entering TSEBO main Warehouse and locations and managing quality checks and store as per the nature of the materials.13.Ensure a high level of hygiene and sanitation as per food safety requirments.14. Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operation staff. 15. Working with purchase staff to establish quality requirments from external suppliers.

1. Setting standards and monitor procedures to ensure food safety at all stages of the operation, including receiving, production, packaging and shipping in Compass CPUs and Sites.2. Keeping track of the HACCP principles and ensures the organization complies with the set quality standards and safety measures.3. Identifying the hazards that pose threat to the health of the consumer or violate the quality and safety measures.4.
