Project Name: Mirage Hotel at El Ain Alsokhna – Suez –Egypt Project description Construct and finishing building in Mirage Hotel Which Consist of 274 gust room at 8 main parts with different types of Skeleton and 3 swimming pools &spa .Responsible for - Select appropriate sub-contractors / key suppliers for the project. - Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Then review progress reports and addresses issues as appropriate.- Review and comment on monthly progress reports and approve monthly payment applications. - Conduct project team meetings including Sub-Contractors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within defined budget. - Control the areas of operations such as Design and Planning, including technical - Prepare project proposal and determine time frame, budget, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project like: Develop Manpower staffing requirements / Interviewing / Approving site management / staff Sub-contracts / Identify SC requirements / Sub-contracts /Make Recommendations to Sub-contracts Manager to develop job specific scope of work. - Supervise the Construction Manager, Site Engineer and the Project Key Staffs. - Approve / prepare Purchase requisition for materials, tools & equipment, follow up with Procurement department on delivery, expedite and control all required materials, equipment and services, including those supplied by the client and site stores. - Review and approve Construction daily report (summary of work accomplished and the resources used) Review and comment on monthly progress reports, including monthly payment
