•Drafting and reviewing different kinds of legal documents, business agreements and contracts (i.e. Share Transfer Agreements, Concession Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, All Kinds of Outdoor Advertising Agreement and Tenancy Contracts).•Drafting of all legal documentation relating to the incorporation of a new company such as memorandum of association, articles of association, resolutions.•Drafting documents required for convening BODs, OGMs, and EGMs besides handling the process of attestation and authentication before the competent authorities thereof in Middle East and North Africa.•Representing the Company and its subsidiaries before different public, governmental, administrative and other private entities for matters of representation, licenses, permits, approvals, authentication and annotation in U.A.E, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Algérie and Egypt.•Providing legal advice and consultancy to all departments and branches of the Company and all subsidiaries in the Arab Region.•Managing all companies' pending litigation cases.•Working with external legal advisors to ensure the timely and practical resolution of legal issues.

•Providing legal advice to all departments of the company and its subsidiary.•Handling all issues related to compliance, regulatory, legal, Anti-money Laundering and know Your Client.•Ensure the legality and adequacy of any letter issued by the company / notices to customers, third parties or any official authority. •Working with external legal advisors to ensure the timely and practical resolution of legal issues.
