During my time as a Div GIS Analyst I have:- Increased knowledge regarding the emerging technologies from ESRI and as they relate to Division 8 and the NCDOT as a whole. Such as project revisions, CAD design updates, and qualitative data management- Addressed and engineered Microstation/OpenRoads (CAD) data to create maps for division projects. - Networked and collaborated with other Division GIS analyst throughout the NCDOT to meet the needs of various division groups for solutions to produce exceptional project delivery.- Developed survey(s) for asset management and enumerating using ESRI's Survey 123 and Survey 123 Connect, utilizing the ESRI portal to make the survey accessible on the Go!NC site.- Developed Webb application for internal and external organization utilization of US Open series STIP projects to track land acquisition status as the Right of Way progresses within the project preconstruction phase.- Utilized CAD files/data to shape and alter .DGN files pertaining to project revisions and updates for use in ArcGIS Pro projects.- I have engaged in training and setting up personnel in groups on the organizations AGOL site to conduct collections of transportation assets.- Developed and created a python script through Model Builder to automate database information from external spreadsheets.- Developed and created a data and map centered Experience Builder site for planning and updating for various STIP projects centered around the USGA Open in Pinehurst NC.

I was hired to be a part of a collective of young adults looking to educate and foster relationships during a week long training known as Sprog. This program is ran by the Sierra Student Coalition a subsection of the Sierra Club and occurs annually. - Partnered with Sprog Nat. Support team to design and implement a recruitment and selection process that reflects SSC's Vision and Guiding Principles. - Attended and engaged in SSC's National Training for Trainers for onboarding, training and practice of skills to be used being a Sprog trainer. - Held a role on my regional Sprog Team and carried out work such as: training delivery/creation, logistics, program safety, absorption, program advertising, participant/trainer communications, trainer-to-trainer communications. - Prepared trainings/curriculum pertaining to current and recurring Social Justice issues and events. While maintaining alignment with SSC's Guiding Vision and Principles and safety standards.- Small dollar contract handling between other social justice entities or persons, aligning fund distribution in a way that meets SSC's Guiding Vision and Principles.
