Xpan LLC is a longevity-centric company that seeks to expand the quality and length of human life. We envision an empowered community of health-forward members that have affordable access to world class tools for a longer, healthier life.

Participated in the Q2 2023 Betamore Startup 101 cohort for entrepreneurs. The six week program, run by Brendan McAdams, focussed on developing skills in customer discovery, MVP development, and early adopters.

Provided personalized nutrition education to elderly residents for various diseases (neurodegen- erative diseases, metabolic syndrome, SIBO, GERD, HIV, etc.). The internship was a sister-program of Shepherd’s Clinic, of which I helped develop their nutrition program.

The program envelops one-on-one nutritional assessments, education and interventions under in-person or remote supervision of a licensed Nutritionist. The Joy Wellness Center at Shepherd’s Clinic is a volunteer-driven health clinic providing health care for the uninsured. The clinic exists to improve the quality of life for Baltimore residents who live below the poverty line. Patients receive the care needed to prevent chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. The program also encompasses weekly nutrition classes which provides hands-on cooking demonstrations, presentations, and pre- and post-assessments to assess the participants.

Worked at The North American Center for Saffron Research and Development under Dr. Arash Ghalegolabbehbahani, a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Vermont. Learned and became experienced with saffron’s full life cycle, agronomic, and medicinal benefits.
