Prof. Ramadi is an Assistant Professor of Bioengineering at NYU, and Director of the Laboratory for Advanced Neuroengineering and Translational Medicine at NYU Abu Dhabi. His research focuses on developing non-invasive technologies for neuromodulation, towards more effective therapies for neurological, endocrine, and immune disorders. He holds a PhD Biomedical Engineering and Medical Physics from the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology division. Khalil also serves as MENA Regional Director of MIT Hacking Medicine, a student group dedicated to enhancing the creation of novel solutions to pressing healthcare problems across the world. He is passionate about increasing the translation of fresh ideas and concepts from bench to bedside through research and entrepreneurship.
