Preparing bar bending schedule and shop drawings for Structural Rebar works, Reviewing the shop drawing and BBS & resent to sub-contractor for correction, Working for residential, commercial building & WWTP structures, Assuring to done a Client Instructions, Review construction documents and understand scope of work to detail, Use Autocad to detail placing sheets in a timely manner, Submit RFT’s as needed, Maintain and manage the filing of shop drawings in an organized fashion.

Good command in drawing reading, preparation of BBS as well as RA bill, Planning, according to site conditions, Estimating of quantities/Indents /Follow up with diff Vendors, Prepared estimated bill for Budgeting discussion with Senior Management, Maintaining the good relation with Clients staff & as well Sub- contractors, Take out the Quantity as per the drawing, Reconciliation of different finishing materials.

Planning, scheduling, controlling resources and execution of the project, Timely completion of work according to given schedule and with reference drawings, Good technical knowledge of RCC and Architectural drawings, Good command in drawing reading, preparation of BBS as well as RA bill, Supervision of day to day activity and proper quality control with QA, Ensure proper safety precautionary measures are taken on site, Inspect all the works and get approval from consultants.
