- Development of financial business cases for healthcare long strategic partnerships (LSPs): Higher complexity offers to customers involving multiple deliverables. Deals up to 140M$.- Leadership over Valuation process and assessment of financial risk in M&A-related projects. : o Coordination of a multidisciplinary bidding team o Conduction of valuation processo Management meetings with customero Construction of company commercial/financial equity offer. - Development of new business models for Philips Healthcare in Latin America, such as Pay-Per-Use model launched in Mexico in 2018. -Financial modeling of all Philips Capital LATAM financing offers such as on and off-balance leases & regular loans.

-Third generation Biofuels plant design in Panama: Conduction of all technical aspects along with Head of Operations, from process diagrams to technical plans, equipment list, etc. -Project management for an existing 120 kTons/year biofuel plant upgrade with company-patented technology in Rosario, Argentina. -Responsibility for procurement and forecast of all Biofuel plant construction costs.

- Conception of the Project invoicing system for equipment supply and construction activities. -Responsibility for monthly invoice and all associated paperwork required by the customer. Coordination of all project departments (Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Assembly) to determine monthly invoicing amounts, and with Project director to determine financial strategies. -Plant construction site weekly supervision with Government representatives to evaluate progress and validate invoice amounts.

-Bid preparation for a wastewater treatment plant in Cape Town (South Africa) and for a drinking water plant in Dar-Es-Salam (Tanzania). -Responsible for design of the biological treatment tanks oxygenation and energetic consumption evaluation on both technical offers, as well as production of bidding technical documents.
