• Handle day to day broadcast equipment support (video routers, video mixers, video walls, cameras...)• Handle on-air automation system, news system, broadcast and IT Systems support.• First line of support for news and production staff, where we monitor and follow up the system for proper technical specifications. • Daily systems/ routers troubleshooting and support to the company staff.• Respond to technical faults of the operations team and repair them quickly.• Support to our news system, “Aurora”: ingest, browse, playout and edit.• Manage and support “Etere” automation system.• Ensure the equipment is well established and performing as expected, by completing system checks and maintaining the schedules.• Support and Manage “K2 Thomson” video server.
