Responsible for providing first-class employee relation services to the company to deliver an excellent staff experience.• Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out and follow up receiving credentials from new hires & preparing all related documents.• Manage succession planning with senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process and control costs when possible and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets and Ensure Monthly reports and HR closing report and follow up monthly and yearly evaluations and follow up contracts.• Responsible for governmental relations as handling of labor & insurance offices and follow up record of insurance coverage and personnel transactions, such as hires,transfer, and termination and working with Egyptian labor law and social insurance law and Update information of all local laws relating to the personnel functions and handle problems efficiently and achieves objectives.• Ensuring that employees notice board is updated on daily basis.• Separation notices for employees separating with cause and conducts, exit interviews to determine reasons behind end of service and facilitate the employee resignation process, including exit interviews and communication with relevant management, where necessary.• Provide competent leadership in the area of employee relations by assisting and guiding Department Heads and Boats Managers with HR issues, in conjunction with Senior Officers, implement and sustain.• Provide an accessible and nurturing environment to handle employee relations issues, using effective conflict resolution skills, and assist in arbitrating disputes and resolving grievances, while guiding team members towards the correct outcome.• Develop, evaluate and modify HR processes, policies and procedures to ensure onboard departments can comply with requirements, and ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met and participate in all investigations related to employee performance or policy violations.• Proactively visit and monitor employee work areas to ensure there is a positive work environment and fully interact with all employees.• In conjunction with the Department Heads, play a vital role in positively communicating organizational change initiatives, and new company policies and procedures that may affect shipboard employees.
