Analysis, Process, Procedures and planning in Procurement and Logistics

- Manage the purchasing function, ensuring cost-effective procurement and that product is available.- Manage warehouse operations in Saudi Arabia, including goods in, dispatch and returns.- Define active suppliers, secure appropriately contracts and manage supplies contract terms- Work with Branches Management to agree on appropriately balance of stocked and if there is direct shipping products- Ensure orders are fulfilled, discuss with Finance to agree on suppliers- Manage stock in KSA stores and warehouses, and monitoring day by day to make sure optimum stock levels are held- Ensure appropriate stock control processes are implemented- I preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly Plans to be sure stock are suitable with sales cost- Ensure all Logistics are running smoothly, and all trucks, forklift & Order- pickers are operated on the proper way (via Warehouse Manager)- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment- Control purchasing department budgets- Review purchase orders that are claims and contracts for conformance to company policy- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures- Participate in the development of specifications for products.- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers- Represent the company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing SKUs, equipment, machinery, and supplies- Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs- Administer online purchasing ERP systems- Arrange for disposal of surplus SKUs- Create six Private Labels (Silk for Beauty)(Silva for Paper Products)(S Line for Stationary)(More Time and Fryer for Kitchen Tools)(Sparx for Detergent)

- Controlling day by day operations of the fresh food departments- Daily inventory of fast moving items- Collecting daily needs of department and prepare LPO after compare it in the physical stocks- Monitoring Internal Warehouses stock and cleanliness - Ensuring supervisors follow up all ISO90001 procedures and documentation process
