Provide support to incoming women as we help them transition to long-term treatment. Take inbound calls and perform the intake process for guests as well as facilitate the connection to treatment.

Responsible for collaborating with internal treatment teams and community agency is to directly advocate for residents residents, providing prevention and intervention services and progress monitoring through the program. Meeting with residents and maintaining a balance between teaching and serving identifying time frames according to the phase requirement. Provided individual substance abuse skills development, attended court with residents if necessary and rendered recommendations when necessary. Communicated with community service providers and various other institutions related to resident matters. Connected residents with after care resources in preparation for discharge as well as responding to all crisis calls and managing those situations when necessary . Assisted residents with creating goals and creating a plan focusing on attaining said goals. Review and update plans and goals with each client as well as helping them develop a network of support and collaboratively working with other social welfare agencies.

Maintain day-to-day operation of the residential floor and ensure each resident is complying with standards and procedures in accordance with the program. Ensured the execution of the residents daily scheduled activities while fostering open and supportive communication with residents, staff, and volunteers. Inspection of resident areas for cleanliness, and reporting their daily activities through clear and concise documentation. Assisted in the administration of medication as instructed by the medical team.
