• Managing and implementing a MENA regional program aiming to overcome restrictions to the basic freedoms of assembly, association and speech. The program included seven (7) projects targeting digital security, integrity and transparency, accountability, sharing economy, policy influence, capacity building of CSO’s and social innovation. • Leading the monthly update calls with the donors and MENA partners, elaborating the narrative period reports of each three months. • Elaborating all the terms of references “TOR’s”, service agreements and leading the collaboration with the selected consultants.• Led and managed a policy influence campaign to adopt an official crowdfunding legislation in Morocco trough organizing consultancy meetings between MP’s and CSO’s representatives, elaborating and submiting a civil society agenda of amendments, leading discussions with parliamentary groups in parliament, elaborating and designing a narrative report about the campaign’s results including infographics and data analysis.• Led and managed MENA advocacy and awareness online campaign about crowdfunding in close collaboration with the MENA hub team trough establishing the communication plan, the advocacy indicators, the posting agenda, and the contribution to the development of the content and script of the different communication tools that included short videos, blog posts, infographics, testimonials, webinars and a benchmark about the situation of crowdfunding in the MENA region. • Elaborating the grants package call that included : the announcement, the budget and narrative proposal, organizing info sessions with the targeted applicants and then led the selection of the six (6) CSO’s from the MENA region who received the funds to implement innovative projects in their communities.
