Related to this, I providesubject-matter expertise and training for staff and partners on data integrity related matters, and monitor service companies’ performance inrelation to records integrity.More broadly, I provide leadership and strategic direction throughensuring that record-updating processes maintain data integrity, andguiding the data integrity team to rectify data errors. My remit alsoincludes ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of processes anddocumentation. In practical terms, this encompasses assessingcompliance and quality process issues of managed records users groups,including staff, service companies, engineering consultants, Internal Staffetc). Likewise, I document system structures and accessibility, andevaluate and conduct root cause analysis of recording practices and dataintegrity in order to identify scope for improvement and introducing failsafe mechanisms to mitigate quality risks and errors.Finally, I do everything that I can to maintain Chorus’ reputation as thenetwork provider of choice by building positive and productive workingrelationships with customers, process partners and peers. I use tools such asstoryboards, mock-ups and prototypes to illustrate the desirability andviability of solutions, and it perhaps goes without saying that animportant component of my work is to incorporate user testing andresearch findings into content design and production iterations.Accountability lies with me to lead end-to-end website channelmanagement, and as part of this I oversee content production,maintenance and success measurement.Separately, I establish project team environments, operating processesand tools to achieve project outcomes, and collaborate with contentowners to ensure systems are in place to ensure critical site content isup to date. In a similar vein, I engage with project business owners andsponsors to track progress and ensure delivery of projects to scope, ontime, and within budget: software such as Monday.com and Basecampto track progress is very helpful in this regard.
