Volunteered as a group leader in a music therapy program for students with special needs at my high school. Using a variety of musical techniques we introduced the students to the beauty of music and how, in many cases, it can help them.-Lead group percussion sessions to help introduce the students to the different instruments as well as how to learn a musical tempo.- Helped organize and set up a Music Therapy concert for the students in the program where the proceeds would be used to raise money for a sensory chamber.- Worked with my instructor in order to market the program to the students at my school, eventually tripling the size of the program.
