-Start up, install and calibrated die sort, furnace and steppers machine based on schedule provided by client.-Meeting the daily service maintenance, troubleshoot, repair and utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.-Liaise with client regarding experiment and calibration on the machine-Taking care of the tool warranty and response if got any issues arise by client-Establish and maintain proper business relationships with clients.-Provide product, services or equipment technical and engineering information by answering question and requests.-Gain customers acceptance by explaining or demonstrating operations improvements.-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.-Ordering and managing repair parts of the machine cycle times.-Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.-Ensure that tools and test equipment are properly calibrated.-Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.

-Drafting process idea to reduce cost and improve production rate on CMP (Chemical Mechanical Process)-Analyze problem and take appropriate counter measure based on the issues arise on daily engineering activities-Developing routine and best practice comply with safety and quality standards on handling equipment to ensure product quality of glass-Monitor and track record of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and machine parameter to ensure quality product delivered on customers.-Prepare, discuss and present on defect and improvement report of the product to the superior and clients-Conduct test and experiment on types of slurry use, rotation speed and pH level for polishing process-Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement project

-Responsible for coordinating the process and production team to continuously improve the manufacturing process of solar cell-In charge in PECVD coating (Plasma Enhance Chemical Vapor Deposition) of gas SiH4 and NH3-Tracking and scrutinize of process input and output parameters (temperatures, pressures, gas flowrates and resistance) & troubleshooting by doing SPC (Statistical Process Control) for any abnormal issues.-Direct and coordinate all project C&I engineering issue related to equipment specification, process and installation design, such as: - preparation of specification, selection of suppliers, review of vendor data, Testing Maintenance of the Instrument Database and support to site during installation & commissioning-Participate in the continuous improvement process and provide training to production on standard operating procedures and operation conditions.-Reviewing quotations from vendor and liaising with finance department on pricing based on the project budget-Determines project specification by studying product design, project plan and specification, time requirement and project schedule based on target of improvement and demand of client.-To check specification, drawing and ensure that Safety Management and Quality Assurance requirement are followed throughout the engineering phase-Examine and find solution for complex Instrumentation engineering challenges-Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress and coordinate activities on resolving problems based on the issues arise-Conduct test and experiment for conformances of the new design together with the quality department-Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly report using JMP for rework rate, improvement, defect product, yield and costing for chemical usage-Responsible for AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), GP Solar, EL(Electron Luminescence spectroscopy) and Chromatography machine to control product quality that meet customers requirement.
