I am a Property Manager for The Alpha Phi Sorority House on The Ohio State University. It is a 15,000 square foot home. I oversee maintenance requirements and security for the property , and its occupants. I acquire quotes and schedule any work needed for inside and outside of the property. I manage a small kitchen and cleaning staff and I am responsible for biweekly payroll. I’m also a source of guidance, growth, and authority for the young ladies that occupy the sorority house! Along side of being a property manager I worked as a Patient Support Assistant on the Medical Observation Unit(MOU) at Riverside Ohiohealth for 3 years. Earning employee of the month within my first 6 months of work! I am proficient in patient care, and using EMR! I am a Certified Phlebotomist and recently passed the NHA earning my Medical Assistant certification. I have recently gained experience working in a CPA office as one of the offices Administrative Assistants. I learned how to utilize several software programs, such as, Ultratax, Practice CS, and File Cabinet. I handled sensitive documents and fielded phone calls along with scheduling meetings, in person or on Zoom.
