Managing different groups of participants; ranging from primary school students to adults in corporate companies and liaising with teachers/corporate companies during camps/programmes to ensure the camps/programmes run smoothly, and facilitate participants in outdoor adventure activities such as high elements & water sports activities. Organising overseas outdoor adventure camps and ensure the safety of participants when conducting activities, and also, to nurture/educate participants more about outdoor adventure, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and its related fields.

Conduct classes for members, non-members of varied nationalities and age group in watersports activities, mainly Dinghy, catamaran sailing, kayak, SUP(stand-up-paddle) and team building. Rentals for walk in customers and members on the weekends. General running of the water sports department, fleet maintenance. Promoting club memberships and customer relations.
