This team defines ADP's point of view, strategy, and collaborates with designers, developers, product managers, and leaders at every level across ADP to bake accessibility into the fabric of the products we deliver and how we work every day. The Accessibility Team provides opportunity to further drive thought leadership on disability and accessibility and to shape ADP’s overall strategy to deliver products that are not just always designed for people, but always designed for all people.I also serve as the VP of the Thrive BRG, a business resource group dedicated to disability at ADP.

LEND stands for Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental (and related) Disabilities. It’s a Maternal and Child Health funded workforce development program for graduate students and professionals aimed at improving the system of care for children with disabilities and their families.

Provide a variety of students with significant needs (elementary, middle, and high school levels) with access to American Sign Language as a mode of communication throughout their day. Work with staff on increasing awareness and understanding of ASL as a mode of communication.
