I have over 25 years of comprehensive experience in design and handling of furnace/fired heaters, industrial fired boilers and related equipment. My experience ranges from conceptual studies to full detailed design and construction. I participate in all types of fired boilers, furnace and general fired heaters during start-up and commissioning process. I prepare and review techanical specifications for non-proprietary heaters, steam utility, CO and Waste Heat Recovery Boilers (WHRB). In addition, I am familiar with all furnace accessory and its application on various type of heaters, boilers designs. I participates as working members on various API sub committees including API STD 560 for General refinery fired heaters, API STD 535, for burners, API STD 537 for flares system and API RP 537 for utility industrial fire tube boilers. I participate in equipment HAZOP reviews for heater, fire boilers and flare systems. He has worked with different burner management supplier for fired heaters and boilers BMS system for heaters and boilers controls. I have worked with and on various NOx and CO reduction systems,furnces /fired heater ancillary equipments e.g.; FD and ID fans, air pre-heaters for both fired heaters and utility fired boilers.
