As a senior sales support at REDA Hazard Control, I have more than 6 years of experience in providing Sales support and managing sales operations for various sectors in Saudi Arabia, such as oil and gas, petrochemical, mining, and other industrial sectors. I have contributed to the growth and success of REDA by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders, coordinating with customers and suppliers, resolving issues and complaints, and maintaining inventory and records. I have also supported the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and invoices, and in conducting market research and analysis. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mumbai, where I learned the fundamentals of business management, accounting, marketing, and finance. I have also developed strong skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service, which are essential for my role. My goal is to continue to provide excellent service and support to REDA's clients and partners, and to enhance my knowledge and skills in the field of sales and hazard control.
