I am a people's person who is customer focused and has worked in an ever-evolving Telecoms industry from customer service, operations to solutions, consultancy and training in pre and post-sale roles in a B2B environment with corporate, public sector and SME customers at all levels. I worked on large, medium and small scale projects providing solutions, project management, training and consultancy in Unified comms, UCaas, Contact Centre, UCD, ACD, UCCX, Customer Call Management Platform, Saas and all reporting and statistic packages that come with these and more. Over the years I have maintained and built lasting relationships with all stakeholders and assisted in new sales, renewals as part of a proposition, project managed, faults and complaint resolution. I have recently used my skills and experience gained, in other sectors, technologies and products.
