Participating regularly in the progress review meeting with Client and Contractor and local administration. Checking and Verification of Interim Payment application and Price adjustment submitted by Contractor. Preparation of Variation orders, detail estimate for Technical sanction, correspondence with stakeholders, preparation of monthly progress report and witnessing all laboratory tests. Leading a project team comprising of engineers, site inspectors, surveyors, laboratory technicians, and administrative/accounting staff.

Executed the whole infrastructure around these buildings like access roads, providing utilities like electricity, water supply and sanitation This includes interaction with the Client and the Contractors. Prepare progress reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis regarding physical and financial assessment of the project. Leading a team of site Engineers/Supervisors and dealing with the community for the smooth execution of the construction work. The project was completed in July 2009.
