Provide Free Education Services to students who want to apply for college, universities and other vocational courses in Australia.The main purpose of this part-time job (during my free time) is to help students who have little access to info about universities in Australia and help them to achieve the right education from the right universities.

I am Guest Service Agent at the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney, a five star hotel located at The Rocks (Circular Quay). My job as a GSA includes not only Check-Ins and Check-Outs, but also taking ownership when solving a guest complaints, delighting guests and engaging service to increase guest loyalty and provide assistances to guests as well as colleagues. This role helps me developed my communication skills, up-selling, ability to response quick and due to the high occupancy I have learnt to work under pressure and stress, provide personalised service and maintain the professionalism at the same time.
