    My role and responsibility here includes, but not limited to, front-end development of the mobile game which is cross-platform, across both Android and iOSI've am the core developer responsible for certain features with in the game, such as the Challenges section of the game, which includes five different challenge types,1. Arrival2. Maintain Speed3. VIP Escort4. Split Seconds5. Daily LootAs I am the core developer for this entire portion of the game, which is also included in the multiplayer portion of the game. I worked on the game logic for all the above challenges, implemented UI animations, 3D character animations as well as cinematic animations, I've also created the entire UI for this section, implemented the sounds for this feature, localization was also a part of what I implemented for this entire section, saving and loading game data and finally the analytics for the entire challenges feature implementation for all challenge types.I've also worked on various other portions of the game, such as Ad Rewards, and Car Dealership, which is accessible via open game play.As a developer, I am also responsible for fixing bugs and improving other parts of the game, which consists of broader spectrum within the game.

I was involved in game design as well as the UX and usability of the game along with my role as a developer. As a developer, I am involved with many aspects of the game. Such as, the game play, animations, SDK integrations, and back-end communication.In further detail, I built the entire user interface system that interacts with all the systems with in the game based on the UI/UX design. As I was the primary on the UI for the game, I was involved with external design teams, working with them to get assets game ready, as well as, communicate with them on the UX and feature implementation. The entire user interface works on a component based system, which is both modular and scalable, and as such also reusable as each component can be reused in other projects or within this project.I, along with another unity developer made up the front-end, customer facing game development team. And, as this is a multiplayer game, we also had a team of two that were working on the back-end portion of the game.

    I was responsible for two roles here at TentWorks, a Game Developer and an Associate Game Designer.I was in-charge of the game design as well as the user interface of the game. But, as we were a small team, I was involved with other aspects of the game too. Such as, the AI behaviour of the NPC characters in the game. The complete animation framework for these characters. The finance system, the scheduling system, the complete research tree.In more detail, I built the entire user interface system that interacts with all the systems with in the game. I was also required to work alongside the artists to get the graphics for the user interface to look appropriate and optimized for the game. This entire UI pipeline was decided by me. The UI works on a component based system, which is both modular and scalable, and as such also reusable as each component can be reused in other projects or within this project. My major role was that of handling the UI for this entire project, but aside from this, I was working on the AI for the characters in the game. There are six different types of staff characters each with their own unique behaviours and a template guest character with deeper and more advanced logic. The character AI system is primarily built upon Behavior Designer and Playmaker, which are two unity assets bought from the Unity Asset Store to help speed up the process of creating the complex AI system within the game.I also built the animation framework for all the characters for the game, which can be further used for every character imported into the game even in the future.     I was part of the VR development team, as a Unity3D programmer. The team consisted of one other Unity 3D programmer, One level designer, and Two 3D modellers. We worked on Virtual reality experiences for architectural visualizations, where a user could experience upcoming sites and buildings in full, through Virtual Reality before purchasing. The product we were building would help customers visualise their future home through Virtual Reality, even before it had been constructed or even visiting the actual site. This was a real time applicable approach for customers to see what they were buying in terms of real estate.We used the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift devices as the hardware to accomplish this, along with an Alienware PC which was the supporting PC for these devices.We also created a mobile application, which was a limited version of what the Vive application had to offer the customers. It was 360 photos rendered which would be seen through the Samsung Gear VR device.As an extended feature to the above application we also had a multiplayer version where two or more users could experience the visualization simultaneously, in the same site. It could also be an extension where, the customer could get a guided tour by the agency that’s has put up the property for sale. This feature extended both for the HTC Vive/Oculus Rift version as well as the Gear VR version of the application respectively.     During my time here, I was part of a three-man development team, where we worked on various aspects of AR/VR with Unity3D platform.As part of the team that built the android/iOS application, both of which were available on their respective stores. I worked on the front end of the application using Unity3D. Where, I was responsible for communication between the front-end and the back-end. We had a lot of our data stored in the backend, such as images, videos and 3D models in the form of asset bundles. All this data needed to be downloaded appropriately, and if the user wanted stored within the device. Due the nature of the content, all this data needed to be compressed and stored.I also developed an AR game, which was entirely handled by me, here at VEAR. Given to me as a side project. This game was a FPS shooter game, where the player had to shoot and kill alien spaceships that were around him in his AR world. It was a simple game concept using the power of AR to make it fun and interesting.P.S.: Due to the company being shut down, both the respective apps are no longer available on Google’s PlayStore or Apple’s AppStore.
