Key Account Manager
Current- Retain key customers and nurture those key relationships over time
- Maintain strategic partnership and advisory to the client, leading solution development for the identified improvement areas, coordinating involvement of any relevant business personnel.
- Manage relationships with various partners and OEMs on projects & solutions: engaging in presales, sales activities and closure of projects
- Responsible for major strategical, analytical role in knowledge sharing and collaboration with senior management for decision-making and strategy formation
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics to grow existing business and exceeding revenue targets.
