I am also the Head of Security at Tikva Odessa Children's Home, a non-profit organization that supports vulnerable children and families in Ukraine. I have over 25 years of experience in the security and project management field, and I have acquired skills such as project planning, team leadership, risk assessment, and crisis management. My core competencies include strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. I am passionate about creating a safe and secure environment for people and organizations, and I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
