Job Description as a Manager (Finance & Accounts) 01. Accounts a. Preparation and reporting of Monthly financial MIS of VGL India and VGL group to Group CFO, Directors and unit managers. b. Preparation and consolidation of accounts of VGL India and VGL group under Indian GAAP and IFRS on quarterly basis. c. Handling of quarterly, half yearly and annual audit of VGL, India. Its overseas subsidiaries and consolidated VGL group. d. Preparation of Annual Budget and review of variances on monthly basis. e. Presentation of details for the meetings of the Board of Directors of the company, Investors and Auditors. f. Handling of all issues relating to Income Tax, Transfer pricing, Service Tax, VAT, Excise, customs, proper and timely compliance is must. g. Strategic leadership in development of ERP software for accounting and other areas. 02. Finance a. Monitoring and handling of banking operations for VGL India and STS Gems Ltd, Hong Kong and Japan. b. Monitoring and handling of fund flow for VGL India and VGL group on daily basis. 03. Strategy a.
