Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs. Meeting and in most cases exceeding contractual obligations and SLAs. Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, and complex and inter-related project tasks.

Project objective is to find an alternative for the current Financial System of Food and Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) at USDA. The aim of the project is to improve financial management performance by efficiently providing USDA with a modern, core financial management system that provides maximum support to the mission. Implementation of a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) or government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution to replace the legacy Excel spreadsheet system with an advanced, Web-based financial management system. The solution needs to comply with Federal accounting and system standards and provides general accounting funds management, and financial reports.

Data center housed more than 320 servers, HVAC, APC UPSs, and backup power generator. Duties included, interfacing with DOI ESN (ISP) for troubleshooting service wide network issues such as OSPF routing, BGP issues and port connectivity problems. Lead the team and assist other team members in resolving issues to Cisco 6509 and 4500 master switch VLAN trunking, VLAN configurations, Campus network backbone performance issues and Cisco and Sonicwall firewall configurations. Manage NetContinuum (now Barracuda Systems) for website load balancing, protection from SQL-injection, Cross-site scripting and other web based vulnerabilities and hacks/attacks. Network Operations Team Lead, working with internal and external management in problem-solving and recommending technical alternatives and appropriate actions.
